The stereotype in this ad is that husbands/men cannot cook.

Direct Message: Buy the product because it is easy to make.
Indirect Message: (directed at women) If you buy this, your husband does not have to make you a bad dinner.
If you buy this you don't have to cook, because even your husband can make it.

Starburst

Starbursts are better than most candies because they have such an intense flavor. Each one has a unique, juicy taste. Other candies have a less fierce flavor. Starbursts are also healthier than most candies because they contain such an insignificant amount of fat. Candy already has a lot of sugar. Do you really need it to be fattening too? The last reason Starburst is a dominant candy, is that is is worth the money! You get get at least 40 starbursts for under three dollars! That's about two cents for one starburst! Other candies charge up to fifteen cents for one! Starbursts are definitely worth the money, much healthier than most candies, and simply taste better!

People who support M&M's say that it is the best candy because it makes you happy, but there is no evidence of that! There is no scientific proof that every single person becomes happy after eating M&M's, especially someone like me, who hates M&M's with a passion.

The Old Cartoon Network:

I remember the days when cartoon network used to air cool superhero shows and bad guy good guy comedies. I remember the old Teen Titans, Loony Tunes, and Johnny Bravo. But now, the only programs cartoon network are airing, are re-makes and fakes. There is now "Teen Titans Go!", "The Loony Tunes Show!", and "Johnny Test". I think this is an absolute outrage! The old cartoon network used to air programs that were funny, taught you a lesson, inspired and entertained, etc. Now we have vacuous things like Uncle Grandpa, and Steven Universe that not only contaminate the minds of children, but cause them to lose their privilege of watching television. Parents see that their child  is watching something idiotic, and as a result the child is told that he/she cannot watch television. It is not as if the child has much of a choice, it is simply the growing ignorance of cartoon network. And this becomes a whole other issue when the child starts mirroring the brainless antics they are taught on television. They grow up to be the type of people they see on TV and society say that parents are too blame! They cannot control what is aired on TV. I say that cartoon network is corrupting the minds of children everywhere, and although parents do play a part in it, cartoon network is to blame.

Logos:

I believe this advertisement is logos because it definitely makes the audience use their sense of reason. The purpose is probably to raise awareness about the risks of drinking and driving, and the audience is anybody who can drive. The emotional picture, and its caption would make anybody reconsider drinking and driving.
